I’ve always been the person people call when they’re overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to bring order to chaos — and honestly, I love being that person. Long before Norris Media ever existed, I was the friend who fixed your resume, revamped your website, rewrote your captions, or told you exactly which of your vacation photos to post and in what order.

I’ve spent more than a decade working in marketing, communications, storytelling, and brand development across just about every industry you can imagine: nonprofits, politics, education, equine businesses, farms, podcasts, retail, fitness, food & beverage, wellness… you name it, I’ve probably touched it. And after growing countless brands, building audiences from scratch, and helping people reclaim their time and sanity, one thing became very clear:

I watched professionals, farmers, podcasters, nonprofit teams, and small business owners pour their whole hearts into their work, only to feel defeated the moment they opened Instagram.
