Where is Norris Media located?
I’m based in Central Kentucky, serving clients throughout Lexington and the Bluegrass region. I also work with clients all across the United States through fully virtual support.
Do you work with businesses outside of Kentucky?
Yes! Many of my long-term clients are remote. Location is never a limitation.

Do you offer content shoots or in-person services?
Yes! I provide photo and video content shoots for clients in Central Kentucky. For clients outside the area, I offer virtual options or scheduled travel sessions.

How do I get started?
You can reach out through my website’s contact form, email me, or send a DM on social media. I’ll follow up to schedule a quick discovery call to learn more about your business and goals.
What do you need from me to begin?
Once we move forward, I’ll request brand guidelines (if you have them), logos, access to your social platforms, and any content or inspiration you’d like incorporated. Don’t worry — I'll guide you through every step.
How far in advance do you book?
I typically book 2–4 weeks in advance. For larger projects or website builds, reaching out early is recommended.

What is your onboarding process?
After we decide to work together, you’ll receive:

How long does it take to see results?

Communication is tailored to you, but most clients receive weekly check-ins or monthly strategy meetings. You’ll always know what’s coming next.
What is your turnaround time for content?
Content is typically delivered 1–2 weeks before the posting period, allowing time for review and revisions.
CONTENT, BRANDING & OWNERSHIP
Do you create all the content?
Yes — I handle graphics, captions, editing, scheduling, and strategy. For photo and video needs, I can use what you provide or create new content during scheduled shoots.
Who owns the content you create?
You do. Once content is delivered and paid for, all graphics, captions, and assets belong to your business.
Do I have to appear on camera?
No — unless you want to. I can create a full content strategy that doesn’t require you to be on camera while keeping your brand personal and engaging.
Can you work with my existing branding?
Absolutely. I can match your current brand or help refine your visual identity.
What if I don’t like a piece of content?
Every package includes revisions. We collaborate until your content feels aligned, polished, and true to your brand.

What social platforms do you manage?
Most clients choose Instagram, Threads, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn. I also support YouTube, Pinterest, and podcast distribution when needed.
Can you help with crisis communication or negative comments?
Yes — I can assist with reputation management, drafting responses, and creating a plan for handling negative comments or reviews.
Can you help me grow faster on social media?
Organic growth depends on consistency, quality content, and audience engagement. I focus on sustainable, meaningful growth.
PRICING & POLICIES
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies depending on your needs. I offer flexible monthly packages and one-time project rates designed to accommodate most small and mid-sized business budgets. A custom quote is provided after our consultation.
How do payments work?
Monthly services are billed at the start of each month. One-off projects require a deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Is there a contract?
Yes — monthly services require a simple contract outlining scope, deliverables, and expectations. Most clients choose a 3–6 month commitment to allow for consistent growth.
Can I pause or cancel services?
You can cancel with 30 days’ notice, allowing time to wrap up content, transfer assets, and transition smoothly.
Do you offer rush projects?
Yes — if my schedule allows. Rush pricing may apply for next-day or same-week turnaround.
Will you sign an NDA?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is important, and I’m happy to sign an NDA if needed.
